Applicant Information (required on all forms)
Line of Business Selection
Line of Business–Specific Questions
Conditional questions that appear based on selections
Fields dynamically show or hide depending on client answers.

The Home form uses a step-by-step layout to improve completion rates.
Step 1 – Property Address
Is this a New Purchase?
Use Primary Address? (if not a new purchase)
When do you close on your new home? (if new purchase)
Property Address
Conditional Logic
If New Purchase = Yes, closing date is required.
If Use Primary Address = No, property address must be entered manually.
