PDF Footer Now Shows Who Started, Edited, and Submitted a RiskProfile

RiskProfile PDFs now include a footer that tracks the full activity trail for each profile — who created it, who made edits along the way, and who submitted it for quoting. This information is automatically captured as your team works and displayed in a clean table at the bottom of every generated PDF. Creation source is labeled clearly: a staff member's name if they built it manually, or the channel if it came in through a QuoteForm, PolicyLink, or API connection. All editors are captured without duplicates, and the submitting user is recorded at the moment the profile is sent for quotes.

Add Google reCAPTCHA v2 to Legacy QuoteForms

Add Google reCAPTCHA v2 verification to the Legacy Quote Form flow. Before a visitor can advance past the Personal Details step, they will be required to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge. This protects the form from automated submissions and bots. The feature will be controlled by a per-form toggle in the Form Builder, defaulting to off so existing forms are unaffected.

Auto Data Prefill Just Got Better

We improved how auto data prefill works when pulling vehicle and driver information. Auto data prefill now checks multiple addresses for every pull. Current address, prior address, mailing address, and garaging address. What changed: The prefill request now supports multiple address inputs, including: Current address Prior address Mailing address (when separate from the primary) Auto garaging address The system will run all applicable addresses, remove duplicates, and return the best available result. This applies to both QuoteForms & RiskProfile submissions.

Add "Separated" & "Domestic Partner" as a Marital Status Option in RiskProfile

Agencies need a "Separated" option in the Marital Status field — especially in states like Louisiana where separated-but-legally-married is common. The current options don't cover this status, requiring agents to select an inaccurate alternative.

Ability to duplicate QuoteForms created via the QuoteForm builder

Users want the ability to duplicate an existing custom QuoteForm (built via the QuoteForm builder) and rename the copy, rather than rebuilding each one from scratch. Similar to the setting we currently have for our regular QuoteForms

State Restrictions in QuoteForms

Client only wants the allowed states to show up as option in selecting sate in QouteForms.

Show Heating & Air update regardless of # of Units for RiskProfiles

Right now, we only show if the # of units are selected. If none are selected, assume 1.

Add the other Lines of Business that are available in the legacy QuoteForm

In Legacy QuoteForms, users can add Lines of Business other than Auto, Home, and Umbrella. Refer to the Lines of Business table for the available options. We should provide the same capability for Custom QuoteForms.
