If a Virtual Assistant is added to a team we should provide the ability to default the following items:<ul><li>Requested Response Time - right now this is set at 24 hours based on Mappus but other agencies may want something else.</li><li>Send to VA defaulted as yes</li><li>Carriers that an agency would like to send to a VA</li></ul>
