Add the Defensive Driver Discount Field to RiskAdvisor and Map to EZLynx. This discount is used quite commonly for Minnesota Drivers.
Add Carrier Option to Current Carrier Field

Missing Address Field for Monoline Umbrella Policies (HawkSoft Impact)
The customer reported an issue where, when creating a monoline umbrella policy without associated auto or home policies, the system does not prompt for an address. This omission was identified when attempting to import the policy into HawkSoft, as the missing address prevented a successful import. The customer provided "Kade Kindsfater" as a reference profile. No error message was displayed within the RiskAdvisor system itself. The customer provided this as a heads-up and does not require a follow-up.
Co-branded/custom logo setting for QuoteForm 2.0
Users would like the same custom logo option we have in our current Quoteform settings to be added to QuoteForms 2.0.

Configure HawkSoft/AgencyZoom Sequence
Be able to decide in which sequence integrations sync. HawkSoft needs to write into AgencyZoom for them to be connected. We send to HawkSoft HawkSoft triggers write into AgencyZoom We incrementally check for lead to be in AgencyZoom Once there, we update from our end.
Allow customizations of QuoteForm option boxes
Description: Agencies want to customize the QuoteForm option boxes shown to customers before they choose how to proceed, including "Start Your Quote," "Import Your Insurance," and "Have Us Call You," to match their own voice/branding and clarify the choices for the client.
Bulk hide/remove an entire section in QuoteForm Builder
Ability to "hide whole section" toggle instead of having to hide fields one by one. Specific examples raised: the water heater question (not asked by certain carriers) and the discounts section (not used at all). Right now there's no way to bulk-toggle a section, so each field has to be hidden individually.
Quotamation Integration
Request: Add Quotamation as a supported rater integration (similar to the current PL Rating / AgencyZoom flow). Context Quotamation is newer but gaining traction with tech-forward agents, and agencies have flagged their openness with the API as a key draw. Perficio Agency is piloting Quotamation on their end
Auto-map contact info to InsuredMine on deal card creation
Description: Customer request: when a deal card is created in RiskAdvisor, automatically map the associated customer/prospect contact info (name, email, phone, etc.) into InsuredMine. Why it matters: Would let agencies use InsuredMine's built-in CRM functions (texting, email) without manually re-entering contact info for every deal. Removes duplicate data entry between RiskAdvisor and InsuredMine.
Proposal: Enhanced Validation for Required Fields
Similar to Linear Ticket, the proposal should include a quick visualization of which fields are required. When there’s an error, users should be able to click the error message and be taken directly to the missing field. The list of requirements should also update as fields are completed.
Anonymized Peer Benchmarking for QuoteForm Performance
Agency owners want to know how their QuoteForm traffic and completion rates compare to similar-sized agencies — without seeing anyone's data specifically. When an agent asks "am I doing well?", we should be able to show them in-product, not just answer verbally on a CSM call. Suggested surface: a benchmarking card in the QuoteForm analytics view showing anonymized percentile ranges (e.g., submission volume, completion rate) segmented by agency size (by producer count) or geography.
