Improvements to Updates Page for QuoteForms

Here where we see "Updates", I think this would better serve to be a section where the client has to input the age of each, we have to have Roof age at a minimum to quote homes here and currently people can and do skip right over it.

When I think "home updates" im thinking of renovations such as kitchens, bathrooms, knocked out a wall etc, room additions, etc.
