Generate a separate PDF per property for multi-property clients

When a client has multiple properties, agents need a separate PDF output for each property to attach individually to the correct property record in their AMS (e.g., Hawksoft). A combined single PDF requires the agent to manually split and save it, which adds friction and increases the risk of attaching the wrong underwriting info to the wrong property.

Preferred behavior: generate one PDF per property, named by address or usage type, so each can be dropped directly into the correct attachment slot in Hawksoft or another AMS. A combined PDF is acceptable as a fallback, but separate files are strongly preferred for multi-property clients.
