Filter prefilled vehicles by confidence threshold to suppress stale/unregistered results

Old, sold, and unregistered vehicles are prefilling alongside current ones. Request to add a configurable confidence threshold (e.g., 90%+) so only high-confidence vehicles auto-populate the form.
