External Referral Partner Form

This would be similar to our upcoming feature QuoteForms but it would give you a bit more customization for the referral partner. This could be another Agency, Financial Planner or even a Mortage/Realtor relationship.

With QuoteForms you'll be able to do this but I am thinking we may want to expand upon it a bit more.
