Bulk hide/remove an entire section in QuoteForm Builder

Ability to "hide whole section" toggle instead of having to hide fields one by one.

Specific examples raised: the water heater question (not asked by certain carriers) and the discounts section (not used at all). Right now there's no way to bulk-toggle a section, so each field has to be hidden individually.
