Anonymized Peer Benchmarking for QuoteForm Performance

Agency owners want to know how their QuoteForm traffic and completion rates compare to similar-sized agencies — without seeing anyone's data specifically. When an agent asks "am I doing well?", we should be able to show them in-product, not just answer verbally on a CSM call.
