Allow Submission Summaries (completed RiskProfiles) to be sent to multiple recipients.

Currently, the Submission Summary is sent only to the email address specified in the "Return Quotes To" field. The user would like the ability to have the completed RiskProfile (Submission Summary) sent to two recipients/email addresses instead of a single recipient.
