Add Custom QuoteForm Final Page
The initial items that we are thinking for this would be:
- User Dropdown List with the title of “Are you working with a specific agent?”
- Text Input: How did you hear about us?
- Paragraph Input: Anything else you would like us to know?
- File Upload: Would you like to upload your dec pages?

PinnedOn Custom QuoteForms we have added a final details page that includes:
Text Input for ‘How did you hear about us?’
Long Text Input for ‘Anything else you’d like to know?’
Multiple Choice for ‘What is the best time to reach you?’
