Add custom login event to sync user with Featurebase

Currently, we are using Fortify’s default login flow, which does not emit an event when a user successfully logs in. We need to customize a part of the login process to trigger a dedicated Login event.

Once the event is emitted, we should listen to it and trigger a Featurebase user sync.

The primary purpose of this sync is to update the lastLoginAt custom field in Featurebase. We should also consider persisting the last_login_at timestamp in the users table for consistency.
