AgencyZoom Integration Improvements 🏎️

AgencyZoom QuoteForms Settings

As part of our continuous improvement philosophy, we’ve added some options to the QuoteForms Settings for pipelines in AgencyZoom. You can choose to use the team’s default settings or pick your own for each QuoteForm

Per-user Location Defaults for AgencyZoom

Some Agencies have multiple locations but only one instance of RiskAdvisor. Now you can select the proper location for your AgencyZoom integration on a per-user basis.

To check it out: Go to Settings → Integrations → AgencyZoom → Users Mapping and choose from the dropdown. You’ll see the team’s default location if no option is selected.

UnderwritingAI Updates 🧠

• Added the following fields to UnderwritingAI Rules:

  • Property Type

  • Vacancy Duration

  • Home on Market

  • Distance to Tidal Water

  • Dog Bite history and Number of dogs

  • Prior Losses

  • Protection Class field type

  • Wind/Hail rules

• Improved handling for more document types

• Added more options for large underwriting documents to handle those stuck in processing

Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements 🪲

• Fixed an issue with integrations triggering validation errors for Call-in Quotes: EZlynx Option Required

• We’ve improved our chat feature and help articles to make sure it’s as easy as possible to find helpful information

• Added a setting to override validation errors to prevent agents from entering in dummy data.

• AgencyZoom file uploads have been restored

• Surveys have been added to RiskAdvisor, you might see them pop up soon!

• Users reporting “pending” AgencyZoom status for RiskProfiles fixed: RiskProfile Pending to AgencyZoom for 12+ hours

• + other minor fixes!
