Add a dropdown next to the Current Premium Questions with Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually as options. Ex. $193 is inputted and the dropdown is selected as Monthly we would automatically calculate that out as $2,316 for the year. We would send this amount to integrations and the PDF
