Privacy Policy and Disclaimers for QuoteForms

RiskAdvisor now allows agency admins to display a privacy policy link and a disclaimer/consent statement directly on your QuoteForms. This helps ensure compliance and builds trust with your clients.
Who can enable this feature?
Only users with Account Owner or Admin privileges can access and configure this setting.
Steps to enable Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
1. Go to Settings
Log into your RiskAdvisor account.
Click on your agency name dropdown at the top right.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. Access the Agency Tab
Inside Settings, click on the Agency tab.
3. Paste Your Privacy Policy URL
Look for the Privacy Policy URL field.
Paste in the full URL of your agency’s privacy policy.
4. Enable the Disclaimer Consent Text
Check the box labeled "Display consent text in QuoteForms".
This will activate a legal consent message that appears at the bottom of your QuoteForms.

About the Consent Text
RiskAdvisor preloads a standard legal message like:
“By submitting this form, you agree to {{agency_name}}'s Privacy Policy and terms. You consent to being contacted...”
The placeholder text automatically pulls in your agency name.
⚠️ Note: If your agency name is written in ALL CAPS, it will also display in all caps within the disclaimer.
Final Tips
Double-check that the Privacy Policy URL is accurate and publicly accessible.
Review the consent text preview to ensure it meets your legal and brand standards.
If you don’t want the disclaimer shown, simply uncheck the box.
