April (bug) Fixes bring May Features 💐

HawkSoft Client Download & Integration 🪽

RiskAdvisor can now directly download the client details to your desktop instance of HawkSoft 6! Simply hit the “HawkSoft Download” button once enabled to download the HawkSoft Document directly to your desktop.

Requires First Name, Last Name, and Email or Phone Number

QuoteForms Required Fields 📝

Added toggle options to allow agencies to choose the fields required on each individual QuoteForm

To enable, choose the QuoteForm you’d like to edit and hit the “settings” gear icon. You’ll see these options on the left side.

Zapier Expansion ⚡️

Additional Auto Policy Details and Home Policy Details are now available via Zapier, including:

• Auto Policy Vehicle Details

• Auto Policy Details

• Auto Policy - Coverage Details

• Several questions relating to Home Details

New AgencyZoom User Mapping📍

If your AgencyZoom Integration is enabled, you’ll now be able to automatically map team members if their first and last names match.

User-Submitted Bug Fixes 🪲

• Prefill issues resolved with Accidents & Violations

• New user login email delay has been fixed

• Mapping corrections for AgencyZoom New users (see feature above)

• Plus other minor fixes
