Introducing Agency Proposals

New Product/Feature

Agency Proposals allows you to create proposals that reflect your branding and expertise. This way, you can focus on what you do best and leave the proposal creation to us.

Here's the best part, if you've already done a Risk Profile you have already done 90% of the work for the Agency Proposal.

Thats right! You can pre- fill an Agency Proposal from your already created Risk Profile!

Agency Proposals is available a la carte but also comes included in all full Risk Advisor plans.

If you are a current Risk Advisor user, you can now update your branding in Team Settings and you are ready to go!

Autosave

We have reintroduced the "Save as Draft" button to compliment the Autosave feature.

Admittedly, we have been seeing some bugs in the Autosave feature that has prevent it from being as reliable as we need it to be at this exact moment.

We will continue to dig into this but we wanted to bring back the "Save as Draft" button in the meantime to give you confidence when you need to save the draft.

General App Improvements

Registration

• Agencies now have the ability to register their account and gain immediate access to their account which streamlines their onboarding.

Admin Rights

• Admin´s now have the ability to the Billing, Team Settings, and Integrations Page similar to the Account Owner.

Notes PDF

• Agencies will now see the Notes PDF included in the emails to their VA´S and Brokers.

New Fiel

Electrical Panel Type

• For homes older than 1980, a new field will populate allowing you to select the type of Electrical Panel for the home.

Bug Fix

Agency Proposals

• Handles error where proposals would sometimes not generate thus not giving you the ability to download them.

Overall

• Fixed issue where address was being removed from the Full Address field when returning to a risk profile.

Integration: EZlynx

Improvements

• Residence Type / You will now see the Residence Type question defaulted to "Home (Owned)" in EZLynx when you are quoting Home Insurance in Risk Advisor.

QuoteRush Auto Integration

Agencies who utilize QuoteRush for their auto rater will now be able to send both Home & Auto Risk Profiles through to their system which eliminates duplicate entry.
